Rented from SI for two years. The first year was so terrible I thought it had to be a fluke or an employee issue as they said they were having issues. I figured it couldn't nearly be as bad the second year. Not only did they not pay attention to when our lease ended, we had to move out a month early(with a weeks notice), because they over leased our apartment. We've had various broken appliances because they are old and not taken care of, or even recalled and they have done the bare minimum to get them in "working" condition. Had to fix holes in walls 2 different apartments now and both were extremely dirty upon move in. I would stear clear of this company. The only redeeming part of this company is the guy that mows the lawns, clears the driveway and works as their handy man sometimes.(Jerry?)
Sorry about your experience with us. We had problems with one of our employees. He is now gone. Give us a try again.
