Amazing rooms, which had been recently updated. Standard breakfast with an amazing staff. The staff seemed to know the areas ins and outs and we're able to recommended fun ways to pass the time, as well as recommend the best food in the area
A very quiet and hospitable hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room wasn't ready due to being full. We only had to wait 5 minutes. The room was comfortable and fresh. The bed was saggy in the middle. It is probable wearing out. Good continental breakfast with milk alternatives of almond and soy.
Nice room, nice decor, clean, excellent customer service. Only potential negatives are that it is close to the highway and I didn't notice amenities like a pool or workout facility, but I didn't go looking either. Great stay!
Very nice hotel with a black bear motif. The hotel is decorated with BB figures, stuffed animals, art work etc. You'll love the BB adorned quilts in the rooms and you children with love the HUGE wooden BB in the hallway. The rooms are clean and reasonably updated. If you want to keep an eye your car, there are rooms with a view of the lot. Be advised, these rooms face I95 and you'll KNOW it.
They also offer a free wine hour which is very nice. They only offer a couple selections, but we've always been pleased.
They offer free breakfast which we could never enjoy because the service area is SO SMALL and becomes so crowded, it takes more patience then I can muster to make a slice of toast, coffee and juice. Often, there are no tables available as well. We go to Governor's, which is right down the street.
We stayed one night, attending a concert. The room was very spacious with two comfortable queen beds, a table big enough for meals, two lounge chairs, microwave, small fridge, big screen tv. The room itself was clean, plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. A/c worked well and light blocking curtains made sleeping in easy. The hotel was clean, quiet, decorated well (I really liked the bear comforters), and staff was very friendly. Breakfast included many options including delicious freshly made waffles (you cook). No meats but plenty of breads, muffins, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, juices and coffee. You won't leave hungry. I am pleased with what I got for my money.
