Usually in and out fast- however staff seems to be put under high amounts of managerial pressure, and it reflects negatively on the customer experience.
I order a caramel macchiato every time with extra sugar and it is never Carmel and there is never sugar in it. Very disappointed as this coffee starts my day with a bitter taste instead of the sweet caramel and extra sugar that I paid for. It's almost like they ignored what I ordered and gave me a random macchiato that's tastes really bad. 100% never going here again.
I order a hot black coffee . How can you get this wrong ?! On the way to work I can't turn around . I spent my last 2.50. Its so frustrating .
Donuts, as always, are tasty. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, the service wasn't great. I ordered a jelly donut and 5 pumpkin munchkins. I received a jelly donut and 5 jelly munchkins, thrown together in a bag (munchkins come in a separate bag usually). I asked for a few napkins, and the young man sighed and gave them to me. I didn't discover the screwed up order until after I pulled away, and I didn't want to deal with Sassy McPoopypants again, so I just went with it. The employees at stores on Stillwater are much more polite. I'll just go out of my way and go to them in the future.
